Every vehicle and product we sell is backed by our commitment to quality. Below is a simple guide to what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.
New Golf Cars
New golf cars are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the manufacturer warranty period (typically up to 4 years or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first).
Used Golf Cars
Used golf cars include our 30-day limited warranty covering the drive train, including the motor and controller, provided the vehicle has not been modified or damaged through improper use.
Parts & Accessories
Genuine parts and accessories carry a warranty of 90 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use
- Batteries (according to the battery manufacturer’s warranty terms)
- Labor for warranty repairs performed by our service team
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, and seat wear
- Repairs performed by anyone other than our authorized service team
- Damage caused by failure to perform recommended maintenance
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us through our contact form within the warranty period.
- Provide your vehicle or order number and a description of the issue.
- Our service team will review the claim and arrange inspection or repair.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection. Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
